In this video, resident, Jeanne Bourgeois speaks to her council about how to enter and exit as a Madeleinean in the municipality of the Îles-de-la-Madeleine.
We’ve been warning that the communist influence of smart city restrictions between districts would be coming to Canada and now it seems it’s reared its ugly head on an unexpecting French municipality in Quebec.
